DESCRIPTION:YOU HAVE BROUGHT ME SO FAR\nSpiritual Autobiography Workshop for the 55+ \nOffering from Rita Cavigioli \nThe main goal of the workshop is to offer tools and stimuli that will help you to reexamine your life experiences in a creative way; find spiritual meanings and threads in your actions\, choices\, recollections\, desires\, projects\, and legacies. \nRevisiting the phases of your lives will help you retrieve memories\, emotions\, loved ones and significant objects\, and understand what you want to pass on to new generations. On a spiritual level\, the “third and fourth age” can be viewed not only as a gateway to wisdom but also\, and more importantly\, as an opportunity for transformative roles and unexplored potential. \nRita Cavigioli is Professor Emerita at the University of Missouri- Columbia. She also holds the diploma of “Expert in the facilitation of autobiographical workshops and the collection of life stories” from LUA (Libera Università dell’Autobiografia). DESCRIPTION:Vancouver Unitarians have a great tradition of holding intergenerational community dinners and social events. \nOn Saturday\, Feb 1st. 5pm-8:30pm you’re invited to join us for a Lunar New Year community dinner in Hewett Centre (949 W. 49th Ave on the Vancouver Unitarians campus).  Spring is around the corner but it hasn’t sprung yet in this most dreary of times–let’s encourage it onwards! \nWe cook a rice dish for all those who RSVP! Potluck contributions encouraged: side dish/bread/dessert/drinks.  Contributions towards the costs welcomed on the night\, and not required. \nRSVP with this Form \nBring a friend to share in the joy and a side dish/bread/dessert/drinks to share as you are able.
