Climate Ready: Preparing for the Climate Crisis

This 90-minute session will bring you together as Unitarian Universalists to confront and transcend anxieties about climate change. Anyone who is paying attention knows we are in a crisis; now more than ever, we need to work together to develop the skills to handle crises effectively.

What does being in a crisis do to our nervous systems? We are dysregulated. How do we heed that warning? How do we find our way back to a regulated state – so we can also lead others in doing the same?

We will start at 12:30 with a potluck lunch. Along with food, you are encouraged to bring resources from your own spiritual practice to contribute to the session.
