Qi Gong and Mindfulness

Qi Gong is an ancient form of exercise that is steep in eastern philosophy of health and well-being. It emphasizes on circulation, use of breathing, and flow movements to help increase one’s energy. Given time and regular practice, health benefits will be evident.
We are fortunate to have Yuen Hing Tse as our instructor. She has given this Qi Gong course (Wah Tor Chi Kung) over 10 years in various settings. She obtained her Master of Social work and worked in mental health services in Toronto and Vancouver; She is also a certified consultant on nutritional healing and offered her service at ‘Choices’ supermarkets in their wellness department. Drop-in participants welcome, but please note space is limited.
New: For those interested, Florence Chan is now offering ‘mindfulness’ instruction immediately following Qi Gong from 10:15am to 10:30am.
