UCV hiking group: Join us for a Fraser River walk

This month, join us for a walk on the Fraser River Trail – Burnaby Gateway. We’ll be meeting Saturday, July 29 at 10:30a.m at the southern foot of Boundary Road. The walk will proceed east along the Fraser River River trail and take between 90 minutes and two hours in total.
Our UCV hiking group is open to all. Please email moc[at]vancouverunitarians[dot]ca if you require a ride – we’ll try to arrange carpools for anyone who needs it.
Accessibility and location
The meeting location is called Fraser River Trail – Burnaby Gateway. Note: Boundary Road at that point seems to become Fraser Way, but no, it departs from Fraser Way and continues a short block further south towards the river. There are a number of RVs parked on the right side of the road but there should be ample parking on the left side.
Walkers should be aware that there are no public washrooms near the parking. There are public washrooms about 30 minutes walk east, near Byrne Road.
