Vancouver Unitarians Congregational Retreat

The Board is inviting all members of Vancouver Unitarians to attend a congregational retreat on Saturday, 9 March. We are very much looking forward to conferring with all of you on the strategic directions we, as a congregation, should pursue. Our theme is “Where are We Going?”

After an opening song, there will be icebreaker activities, a presentation by the Board on our current state of affairs, and then small group discussions.  The results of those discussions will be brought back to the whole group.  Then we will close the afternoon session with an outline of next steps as well as some announcements.

There will be a catered dinner starting at about 5:30 pm, by donation. It will be followed at 6:15 pm by a coffee house organized by the youth – an opportunity to let our hair down and have some fun.  It would be great if everyone can stay for both the afternoon and evening, but that may not be practical. Childcare is available upon request. 

Please RSVP below by Tuesday, Mar. 5. This will greatly help us with organizing the sessions, food, and childcare for the day. We are looking forward to March 9 and hope you will be able to join us.
