Board Forum – Lessons learned from the 8th Principle Process

WHERE ARE WE GOING?

Where are we, Vancouver Unitarians, going?

We will explore this question in our congregational retreat on March 9.  Wherever we are going, we want to go there together, as a community where everyone feels they belong, where we are all pulling together to achieve our vision:

“Because we envision a more compassionate world, we seek to deepen our spiritual and religious lives, grow and enrich our congregation, and advocate for love and justice.”

The question of Where do we come from?  is also important.  The Ministerial Transition Team has done a great job of helping us look at this with the history wall and the forums.  The Board with the help of the MTT stalwarts has one more task which is to look at lessons learned from the 8^th principle process.
