We work actively and collectively to dismantle racism, by engaging wider circles in the congregation and beyond, by hosting fun events at VanU with food and opportunities for cultural connection as well as educational films.

We also lead outings to various IBPOC (Indigenous, Black, People of Colour) events in the city, some examples include tours of art galleries and museums, plays, restaurants, protest marches, and cultural celebrations. We are a welcoming, energetic, and enthusiastic group!
