Forum: Renewal of Covenant of Healthy Relations

Join members of the Healthy Relations Team and others this Sunday for a forum to begin the process of renewing our Covenant of Healthy Relations. Our present Covenant was approved in a congregation-wide vote 20 years ago.

Covenants are important as they are promises to each other about how we want to be treated, how to respect others and about how to handle disagreements, which are a part of any kind of community. Renewal should be part of the process for ensuring that our Covenant is a living document that works for us today. This renewal is about checking in on how the Covenant has served us, how it has worked and if it needs adjustments. We will invite your reflections on these questions and your ideas about what kind of covenant will serve us going forward.
