Fourth Sunday Book Club
The Vancouver Unitarians’ Fourth Sunday Book Group meets after the Sunday service on the fourth Sunday of each month (except July and August). We meet at 12:30 pm in the Family Room (admin building) and online at vanu.ca/fourth-sunday-books
On April 26, ’26 Rhea Kikkert will be leading a discussion in the 4th Sunday Book Group on Proof of Heaven, by Dr. Eben Alexander. This is a book that is an autobiographical description of Alexander’s Near Death Experience, and one that aims to join science and religion. It describes his experience of the after-life, suggests that each of us is immortal and that there are no isolating divisions amongst us on earth. We are all connected, whatever we do or do not believe. We meet at 12:30 pm (after the Sunday service) in the family room (in the Admin building) or online at vans.ca/fourth-sunday-books.
