Forest Bathing
In this year’s Earth Day service, Tamiko Suzuki, longtime Environment Team member, will talk about Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, and her journey to becoming a Forest Therapy Guide. The walks she leads aim to reconnect participants with themselves and with Nature.
In this Earth Day service, she will invite us to use our senses and our imagination to join in an imaginary walk in the forest.

We gather every Sunday morning at 11am in our Sanctuary at 49th and Oak and online at vanu.ca/live. Worship creates connections within, among, and beyond us, calling us to our better selves, calling us to live with wisdom and compassion.
After service, we gather in Hewett Centre for Coffee and Social Hour. Families with children and newcomers are always welcome!
