Sunday Service: A Celebration of Imbolc
The Lay Chaplain Team
This Sunday service falls on Imbolc, the halfway point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, when the first signs of the awakening earth are seen, the first stirrings of spring to come.
The Lay Chaplain Team and friends will lead the service in Celebration of Imbolc and explore The Persephone Story as metaphor for earth and ceremony grounding. Following the service, please plan to join us for lunch in Hewett Hall.

We gather every Sunday morning at 11am in our Sanctuary at 49th and Oak and online at vanu.ca/live. Worship creates connections within, among, and beyond us, calling us to our better selves, calling us to live with wisdom and compassion.
After service, we gather in Hewett Centre for Coffee and Social Hour. Families with children and newcomers are always welcome!
