In October, many of our small groups will be discussing this month’s theme of Change. We’ll launch this theme with an all-ages service exploring the challenges, growth, and joy that can come with change.
There will be a light lunch after the service followed by our three Exploration Groups (choose your interest, all-ages included) 12:30-1:45 pm:
- Widening Our Welcome – exploring the meaning of radical hospitality with Rev. Shawn in Fireside Room.
- Covenant Tree Creation – growing the covenant renewal process with the Healthy Relations Team (direct child supervision included) in the Alcove.
- Transformative Art – creating mandalas and art with natural and found materials outside – destined to change with the elements – with Kiersten and Sheila Lindfield (direct child supervision included) outside and/or in Lindsay-Priestly.

Weekly services
We gather every Sunday morning at 11am in our Sanctuary at 49th and Oak and online at vanu.ca/live. Worship creates connections within, among, and beyond us, calling us to our better selves, calling us to live with wisdom and compassion.
After service, we gather in Hewett Centre for Coffee and Social Hour. Families with children and newcomers are always welcome!
