UCV’s monthly walking group joining Friendship Walk

This month’s the UCV hiking/walking group is joining members of the Social Justice and IPA Teams in participating in the Friendship Walk and Gathering on Saturday, September 30th. UCV folks will meet at 9:45 a.m. at the Aboriginal Community Policing Center (1719 Franklin St) and will walk to Grandview Park on Commercial Drive together. There will be a rally and commemoration beginning at 11 a.m. at Grandview Park. Please email yvonnemarcus[at]gmail[dot]com for more information and please wear an orange shirt!
