Definitions of the word MOVEMENT:
- The act or process of shunting people or things from one place to another.
- Shifting our bodies in and through space — crucial for physical and mental well-being.
- A group of people who actively promote common beliefs, ideas, or aims.
- World views enlarging and evolving through openness to others’ perspectives.
Movement is life. From our first breath to our last, every heartbeat, every step, every reaching hand is an expression of motion. Even when we are still, our cells are dancing, our minds are shifting, our spirits are evolving.
In this service we will explore Movement in all its meanings…..Join us this Sunday as we move together in spirit and in joy. Organized by the IPA Team.

Weekly services
We gather every Sunday morning at 11am in our Sanctuary at 49th and Oak and online at vanu.ca/live. Worship creates connections within, among, and beyond us, calling us to our better selves, calling us to live with wisdom and compassion.
After service, we gather in Hewett Centre for Coffee and Social Hour. Families with children and newcomers are always welcome!
